World Sprints Noumea, New Caledonia 2010

World Sprints completed at Noumea, New Caledonia in May, 2010. Tony Bond and Yvonne Stansfield from Inland Outriggers had a wonderful regatta. Pictured is Tony receiving his silver medal for the 500m V1 Adaptive class for persons with a disability. He also competed in the open and senior events. Yvonne competed in open, master and senior V1 womens classes. She finished 4th in the final of the Senior V1 narrowly missing a medal, well done.

RPM not long to go know!

Entries for the Riverland Paddling Marathon close on Friday 7th May, 2010. You can still enter after that and incur a late fee.

Inland Outriggers have a 18person relay team in the OC6 Mixed category.

We also have a three person U18 junior OC1 relay and a two person V45 OC1 relay.

We will be taking two two piece canoes(lending one to the KiaOpua/Geelong combined team).

Adelaide Outriggers (Biggles) have assured me they will be there en-masse so it will be a great race for 200km over three days on Queens Birthday weekend in June.
